Senior Systems Engineer

Client located in Aurora, Colorado is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator for a contract to hire position. The focus of this position will be on virtualization, cloud, O365 and scripting / automation. Responsibilities include administering / supporting IT infrastructure, including server, desktop, laptop, security, network, storage and backup systems. This will involve working with development to spin up infrastructure environments, configuring / maintaining cloud infrastructure, conducting audits to ensure infrastructure is preforming at optimal levels, project managing infrastructure projects, assisting with escalations from desktop team and assisting with on-call / off hours maintenance and emergencies. Required:-Virtualization expertise (Hyper-V or VMware).-Cloud.-O365.-Powershell scripting / automation. Desired:-Lead experience.-Okta.-Network switch and firewall experience.-Ability to successfully implement, administer and support systems with minimal oversight.-Certifications - MCSE, MCSA and CCNA.
