Service Writer/Assistant

Hans' Boat Works has been serving the boating industry for over 20 years and we pride ourselves in our service and boat sales. We are currently looking for a service writer to work in our service department. Candidate must be able to work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm and on Saturdays 8am to 12pm in the summer months.

Job Duties:

Writing up work orders when customers drop their boats off

Entering work orders into the computer system

Answering phone calls related to service

Updating customers on the status of their boat in the shop

Cashiering work orders

Submit and keep track of warranties

Assisting the service manager
