Service and Maintenance shop manager

Farm Management and Spray Company seeks an experienced individual to manage Service and Maintenance Shop

Duties to include, but are not limited to:

Daily, weekly and monthly scheduling of service and repairs for all vehicles and equipment

Scheduling service for wind machines as needed

Monitoring fuel levels and ordering fuel as needed

Monitor fuel records and usage

Maintaining fuel station

Issuing PO’s for parts

Maintaining shop cleanliness and organization

Maintaining shop compliance with OSHA

Maintain all service and repair logs for all vehicles and equipment

Maintain farm implements and equipment

Manage employee uniform inventory

Assist with Air Board tractor program

Requirements:

Strong Work Ethic

Employee Management Skills

Knowledge / Ability to perform service and repairs if needed

Ability to plan for future purchases of tractors, vehicles and equipment

Bilingual - English / Spanish preferred, but not required

Computer skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Docs / Sheets preferred, but not required

Compensation based on experience

Company provided vehicle, must have clean DMV record
