Estimator / Plumbing Project Manager

The non-exempt position is responsible for project planning from conception to completion, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff and managing relationships with Contractors.

 Manage Projects

 Prepare Change Orders

 Assist President and Vice President

 Pull Permits

 Scheduling Employees

 Review Submittals

 Create Plumbing Plans

 Proposals

 Order Material
