Tech support representative

An established software-development company seeks knowledgeable and courteous people to provide customer technical support in a call-center environment. This is a temporary job through January 2021, with the potential for permanent employment. Technicians will communicate with customers via telephone, e-mail, online chat, and remote access to resolve problems installing and operating our software product. A detailed Knowledge Base is available for reference for issues specific to our software.

Requirements:

General knowledge of Windows operating systems in networked environment

Skill in troubleshooting software installation problems

Good written and verbal communication skills

Reliability; ability to work in fast-paced environment

Preferences:

Graduate of recognized computer training school

Advanced Windows/networking knowledge
