Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven B2B Sales Representative to grow and manage our dealer and installer network. This role is a mix of outbound sales, relationship management, email marketing, and in-person events (trade shows, meets, and industry shows).
You will be responsible for building a qualified sales pipeline, onboarding new dealers, and supporting existing accounts to increase Pedal Commander sales volume.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and sign up new B2B accounts (installers, shops, distributors, e-commerce sellers).
Call existing leads and accounts to follow up, close deals, and upsell.
Run email marketing sequences and follow-ups to nurture B2B leads.
Manage all leads, deals, and activities in HubSpot CRM (pipeline, tasks, notes, follow-up).
Maintain regular communication via phone, email, and video calls.
Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and industry expos (travel required).
Collect feedback from dealers and communicate it internally (pricing, product, support needs).
Hit monthly/quarterly sales targets and reporting KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills and phone presence (comfortable cold calling and follow-ups).
Solid written communication for professional email outreach and follow-up.
Hands-on experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, HubSpot sequences, or similar).
Working knowledge of HubSpot CRM (or another CRM) – pipeline, tasks, notes, deals.
No problem traveling to shows, events, and customer visits (domestic travel).
Basic understanding or interest in automotive / performance / aftermarket.
Highly organized, strong follow-up discipline, and good time management.
Self-starter mentality – can operate with targets and minimal hand-holding.
Nice to Have
Previous B2B sales experience (automotive, aftermarket, performance parts, or related).
Experience working with installers, speed shops, or distributors.
Trade show / event sales experience.
Bilingual (English + Spanish a plus, not required).
Compensation
Base salary + commission (DOE).
Performance-based incentives.
Travel expenses are covered for approved shows and events.
