Loan Transaction Coordinator

Summary of Role: A leading private money lending firm specializing in providing residential investment loans in various cities throughout the nation, is seeking a Loan Processor candidate for the Closing Team.

Position Overview: Successful Loan Processors will be supporting the day-to-day workflow of loan closing operations. The ideal candidate would be an experienced administrative professional with a lending or escrow company background, and document preparation experience.

Transaction Coordinator Responsibilities:

Communicating and finalizing closing conditions

Providing support for the closing team

Compiling and preparing loan documents

Review of prior to funding conditions

Preparing funding figures

Authorizing disbursement of proceeds

Transaction Coordinator Requirements:

Experience as Transaction Coordinator/Closer.

Mortgage experience preferred.

The drive and energy to manage multiple files and remain organized

Ability to understand client needs and handle the closing process.

Minimum Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal skills

Self-starter

Proven customer service skills

Excellent organization skills
