Engineer Tech 1 - Wax Mock Ups

Medical device manufacturer in Ventura has an immediate entry-level full-time hourly position with benefits and is looking for a motivated, mechanically inclined individual who can learn to generate wax mock ups before production begins. This position requires dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and patience. An artistic eye and ability for 3 dimensional (freeform) sculpting are very desirable.

The ideal job applicant will have the following skills and experience:

1) Has a good work ethic and can be part of a team

2) Willing to work in a fast-paced environment requiring OT on occasion

3) Quick learner with attention to detail

4) Can use basic measurement tool (calipers, gauges etc.)

5) Aptitude for working with small parts (wax)
