Sales and Marketing Representative (Ventura County)

Servpro West Coast, a fire and flood remediation service company, is looking for an energetic sales and marketing representative to help grow our business and cultivate new relationships. In this role, you will promote and sell services in an assigned territory, which results in meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals. You will grow and develop a your customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and cultivate relationships by routinely contacting, visiting, and following up with customers. You will use proprietary marketing materials to market Servpro services, and will clearly communicate accurate pretesting, scoping of services and job estimates, and participate in entertainment and learning event opportunities with your customers.

Ideal candidate will possess:

A minimum two years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience

Experience with sales and marketing within the service sector

Superb sales, customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills

Strong business and financial background and process- and results-driven attitude

Working knowledge of current business software technologies is required

A Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience

Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
