Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for motivated, team players with excellent attention to detail to join our Accounts Receivable Team!

What you will do:

Use your high attention to detail to enter in customer payments into an accounting system and process credit card and ACH payments

Be customer centric – respond to client inquiries via phone and email regarding accounting or billing issues

Follow monthly processes – generate and send customer monthly statements

Contact customer by phone to follow up on past due invoices and establish payment arrangements

Perform reconciliations and work on ad hoc projects a needed

What you need to have:

Associates degree in Accounting or related area

Minimum of two years of transactional accounting experience

Strong basic understanding and knowledge of accounting concepts and application

Awesome written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite with particular emphasis on Excel

Phenomenal customer service skills and desire to go the extra mile

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively

Great people skills and the ability to use tact and diplomacy

Flexibility, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
