At Marvel Studios, you will be part of a team that helps propel our legacy into the future with a vision as far-reaching as our stories.Responsibilities:· Act as primary liaison between VFX Supervisor / Studio / Filmmakers and assigned VFX vendors.· Track submissions, prepare dailies and review sessions; take, and distribute notes.· Organize and ensure delivery of all turnover materials: plates, shoot data, reference, and shared assets / shots.· Manage assigned vendors and ensure delivery deadlines are met for temps, assets, and final shots.· Work with VFX Production Manager to ensure all information in the database is up to date for assigned vendors.Basic Qualifications:· Must be a strong team player, proactive and solution-oriented.· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a calm and positive attitude in high-pressure situations.· Ability to communicate and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.· Working experience with office/production software: Filemaker, Shotgun, Cinesync, Excel, Word.· Must have a strong understanding of VFX pipeline and post-production.
