Job Details

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Review and improve inventory control processes.Analyze inventory movement process and ensure policies are being adhered to.Review and valid all inventory adjustments.Oversee, and maintain cycle count process. Work with warehouse and manufacturing personnel to guarantee company policies are followed.Work with supply chain to ensure units of measure are correct in WMS system.Lead others in safe work practices and report any safety concerns to Operation Manager.Assist with coordination of orders for China, OEMs, and other large customers.Perform process and system testing and track performance by area to locate and solve problems in data integrity, productivity, and efficiency.Assist and train other employees in asset inventory management where necessary.Additional Responsibilities:

Assist other companies with inventory management as needed.Work with Operations Manager on improving WMS utilization.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:This is a hand's on, roll up your sleeves position for an individual who can think outside the box and provide suggestions to enhance quality control of our inventory management process.

Thorough understanding of inventory related processes.Ability to create and maintain worksheets in excel.Ability to perform a volume of numerical detail work with speed and accuracy, to make difficult mathematical computations with and without mechanical assistance.Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions as well as technical terminology.Strong WMS system background. (NetSuite a plus)Education and Experience:Must have 5 years or more experience with managing inventory processes within a warehouse distribution environment.
