Job description for Functional Conga (Apttus) CPQ Consultant-

• Minimum 8+ years of experience working on ERP/SaaS product implementations specific to Quote-to-Cash.
• Understanding of Conga (Apttus)CPQ functionalities and product capabilities to drive and enable business decisions
• Deep understanding of Product Configuration management, Pricing Management, Workflow Approval process and over associated processes
• Deep understanding of X-Author (Excel)
• Validate the current system flow Conga (Quote-to-Cash) to be able to determine the gaps between business requirements, implemented solution, product features not leveraged etc.
• Exposure to database, and object-oriented software technologies, and Salesforce / force.com will be a plus
• Strong Functional, Analytical and Problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks

• Design and validate best-in-class Conga (Apttus)CPQ solutions to accommodate business requirements.
• Extensive technical knowledge of product configuration management: products, bundles, inclusion rules, recommendation rules, constraint rules.
• Understanding of Pricing management: Price dimensions, price rulesets, pricing callback class, validation callback class.
• Deep understanding of X-Author (Excel)
• Hands-on Experience of Salesforce Integrations using SOAP / REST with TIBCO and/or other Middleware.
• Hands on proven experience on Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework (Aura and LWC) Data Migration using Data Loader, Declarative Platform tools (Flows, Lightning Builder etc.
• Support highly integrated Conga (Apttus) CPQ solutions either by extending existing functionality or building from beginning.
• Ensure the solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements; drive high quality implementation and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot complex issues to support smooth business operations.
• Develop test scripts and execute to support ongoing project work.
• Develop the code and master data required to set up the configuration model

• 3-5 years of experience as a Conga Solution Architect working on successful software implementations related to CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, Contract Management (CLM), or Salesforce.
• Experience with web, database, object-oriented software technologies, SDLC methodologies and Salesforce.com or Force.com
• Deep understanding of Product Configuration management, Pricing Management, Workflow Approval process and over associated processes
• Deep Understanding of X-Author (Excel)
• Hands-on experience in implementation activities (design, prototyping, development, configurations, testing)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams internally and at customer sites
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
