Specific responsibilities associated with this position include:

Creating application usage reports and performing application usage analysis
Simulating use cases through application use to optimize user experience
Defining application test cases (functional, validation, and systemic), SLAs, KPIs, and monitoring requirements
Triaging production software issues and following-up with cross-functional teams until fixes are tested, deployed, and communicated
Providing UAT support by writing and executing test cases and participating in daily triage calls during UAT cycles
Documenting in detail the function of new and existing features and their value for customer support and marketing materials

Qualifications:The successful candidate must possess the following education, experience, and skills:

Great storytelling skills
Analytical thinking and problem solving
5 years minimum related experience, 5-7+ preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business domain
Excellent English communication skills
Strong ability in proposing viable functional design options when faced with ambiguity
Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex business and system problems to propose sound solutions
Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall application release methodologies
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
