 Desire and ability to provide dynamic Customer service experiences to customers

 Experience in a high-volume call center, or busy retail environment is a plus

 Ability to handle escalated calls as needed with respect and understanding

 Available to work early morning or day shifts depending on schedules available (Once hired shift schedule is set in advance)

 Willing, interested, and dependable

 Bi lingual Spanish is a plus

 Ability grasp new ideas in training and orientation classes

 Friendly, positive, works well with others and also capable of working independently

 Alpha / Numeric Data Entry / Accurately type 35 WPM

 Basic to intermediate computer skills

 Monday - Friday / Temp to Hire
