Software Quality Assurance Engineer (San Luis Obispo)

Seeking detail oriented individuals who enjoy working with next generation communication technologies. ESChat, the leading Push-to-Talk over Cellular application provider leverages a variety of cutting edge technologies to serve our customers.

Requirements are:

- High school diploma or GED

- High school or college level computer science coursework

- Experience using Android and/or iOS Devices

- Experience with computer hardware or software troubleshooting

- Experience with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)

- Experience with word processing (Microsoft or Google Docs)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Specific Technologies and skills a plus:

- Experience writing test cases

- Test management software (Testrails, Zephyr, etc)

- Linux CentOS Server

- Amazon AWS services

- Windows, Mac and Linux workstation use

- Cross Browser testing and debugging

- Web Services and APIs

- HTML, Javascript, PHP, MySQL, JSON

- Scripting languages (bash, python)

- Test automation tools

- Land Mobile Radio technologies (AIS, ISSI, SIP)

- Experience with defect tracking software (Jira, Bugzilla, etc)
