Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Finance and Administration and supports the Accounting and HR Department

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. ADMINISTRATION

Creating and maintaining accounting files and binders

Assembling binders and year end reports

Mailing accounts payable and payroll checks

Sorting company mail and distributing to multiple locations

Answering phones

Maintaining office, kitchen, and janitorial supply inventory

Ensuring office common areas are clean

Assist with meeting preparation

Providing support to Accounting and Human Resources as assigned

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 2-3+ years’ experience in administrative support required

Strong computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office

Efficient and detail oriented with exceptional organization and communication skills

Flexibility in a dynamic work environment
