Residential Direct Care Staff

Join our team, in caring for adults and seniors with Special Needs! We have five 4-6 bed residential homes throughout Atascadero

Cook, clean, and assist in personal hygiene for developmentally disabled adults in residential group homes.

No experience needed! Paid on-site training.

Part-time and Full-time positions available with set weekly schedules up to 40hrs/week.

Extra hours and overtime opportunities. (Eliminate the need for multiple jobs)

Make your own weekly schedule positions- 6hrs/week minimum and up 24hrs/week.

Flexible "On-Call" Position- sign up for any open shifts as wanted (Make your own schedule)

Starting rate is $15.50 with NO experience. Rate increases with experience, degrees, and some certifications.
