About the Position
We have an opening for a HR Specialist III / Credentialing at our Administrative Corporate Office in Medford, OR. This position processes all credentialing for our company. The position will be responsible for managing National Provider Identifier (NPI) enrollments, processing Medicaid enrollments, process Oregon Provider Credentialing Applications (OPCA) for licensed staff, manage all Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) for various contracted agencies, and comfortable with data entry in an Electronic Medical Records System. This position will require flexibility and ability to use sound judgment in managing responsibilities and deadlines.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (F/T Day)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a positive and cheerful personality, continually showing professionalism as well as being a self-starter, with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is REQUIRED
Associates Degree in Business or a related field is preferred
Payroll and MS Excel REQUIRED.
ADP experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a best practices mind set
Must have ability to deal with multiple project deadlines and overlapping responsibilities
Good attention to detail and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential
Knowledge using Apple products is a plus
Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Pay Benefits
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour/DOE. ColumbiaCare offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, which includes: medical, dental, and vision coverage; a wellness reimbursement program; substantial sick and vacation accruals (12 days per year each); once eligible, nine (9) paid holidays, and a 403(b) plan with a generous 6% company match immediately vested.
