About the Position

We are looking to hire an Assistant Clinical Director responsible for assisting the Clinical Director in clinical planning and implementation, quality improvement, oversight and management of ColumbiaCare’s Clinical Programs. The Assistant Clinical Director fosters collaboration, anticipates and plans for trends and changes in the mental health care delivery system both nationally and throughout the state of Oregon. Additionally, there are three main areas of responsibility: Clinical - responsible for supporting development and implementation of clinical policy and procedures, proposing and vetting clinical practices; Leadership - identifying, developing, and supervising a cohesive clinical team of professionals; Culture - demonstrating, promoting, and maintaining ColumbiaCare’s culture outlined in our guiding principles, treatment philosophy, and core competencies Supporting staff at all level to know, understand, and practice these values. This position has the ability to work remotely and can be discussed further in interview.

Work Schedule: Office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Qualifications

MUST have a Master’s degree in mental health field, plus licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist.

MUST meet the State of Oregon QMHP credentials and have Five Years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting in which Two Years involved managing clinical staff.

A&D Certification is preferred.

Ability to have an understanding and awareness of diversity, equity and inclusion, and be able to assist with carrying out organizational goals in this area.

Successful applicants MUST have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

Salary & Benefits

Starting at $5,833 per month/DOE. This is a salary exempt position. ColumbiaCare offers a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees, which includes: medical, dental, and vision coverage; a wellness reimbursement program; substantial sick and vacation accruals (12 days per year each); once eligible, nine (9) paid holidays, and a 403(b) plan with a generous 6% company match immediately vested.
