Tech Hospitality Inc, a Managed IT Services IT Consulting firm located at Union Square, San Francisco is seeking a mid-level IT Support Specialist II to provide IT support to clients and assist senior team members with completing IT projects. Responsibilities:

Monitor ConnectWise IT Helpdesk for new tickets from clients, provide assistance in a professional manner with ultimate goal of delivering excellent customer service and permanent resolution of technical issues

Provide support for Microsoft Windows 10 operating system

Review Windows Updates for safety prior to deploying

Installation and troubleshooting of network printers and drivers

Set-up of file shared folders and permissions on Office 365, Dropbox, Windows shared folders

Monitoring of automated backup system, automated anti-virus/anti-malware software, 3rd party software updates, and perform troubleshooting as needed

Assist clients with set-up of email and MFA on mobile devices

Assist senior team members with on-site deployments of servers, workstations, Fortigate firewalls, routers, HP switches, Ruckus wi-fi access points

Follow guidance of senior team members with monitoring and management of Kaseya IT management software, deployment of Windows and 3rd party software updates, automated backups system, anti-virus/anti-malware, automation

Daily review of network monitoring system for any outages at client sites and dispatch field technicians to conduct troubleshooting

Requirements:

1-year minimum experience providing IT tech support in Microsoft/Windows environment

Experience in customer service and have positive attitude toward helping clients

Excellent verbal, organizational and follow-up skills, can-do attitude, detail oriented

High level of expertise in Windows 7, 10 operating system: installation, troubleshooting

Familiarity with TCP/IP networking setting-up routers, switches, Wi-Fi

Proficient in resolving hardware issues with PCs, Servers

Experience with installing network printers and troubleshooting printing operation

Ability to lift up to 40lb to set-up and move computer and server equipment

Experience with set-up of Office 365 email
