Required Qualifications:

5 years as a Construction Foreman or 10 years commercial landscape construction experience

Ability to manage multiple installation projects simultaneously

Ability to direct, coordinate, train workers, maintain daily site records and job reports

Ability to manage multiple vendors and suppliers

Ability to organize/coordinate materials delivery, rental equipment and subcontractor scheduling

Read plans, perform layout and installation

Proficient in irrigation system design, installation, programming, and working knowledge of irrigation hydraulics. University level irrigation training preferred.

Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, tools and methods

Plant and horticultural knowledge

Experience in estimating and bidding construction projects and reviewing estimates

Proven experience completing projects on time and on budget

Excellent communication skills (English required, Spanish is a plus) with crews

Ability to meet with clients, discuss projects and maintain excellent customer relations

Oversee efficiency and utilization of best practices

Valid California Drivers License and insurable by our insurance carrier

Pay range is $30 to $40 per hour (salaried), PTO, 8 paid company holidays, quarterly performance bonus program, and benefits package including health, dental, retirement plan with matching employer contributions (after 1 year). We provide company vehicle, laptop and cell phone.
