Project Manager Assistant for Staging and Renovation Company

We’re a staging and renovation design company based in Marin County. You will be part of our full service renovation design team. We transform dated properties into showcase homes and specializes in knowing how to maximize the value of homes. We provide property improvement recommendations to our clients, manage and coordinate work in progress for quality and adherence to timeline, and then stage these homes.

Our warehouse and home base is in San Rafael but the properties we work on our located throughout Marin so you’ll need a reliable car. You’ll be reporting to the project manager and the owner/CEO. This position is 10-20 hours a week (with potential for more). Your hours will vary on project load which you will be aware of ahead of time. This is an entry level position with opportunity to grow.

We’re looking for someone who is excited about learning about the renovation process, someone who has a good mix of right and left brain skills (you’re organized and have a creative eye), self motivated and a team player, a closer and someone who gets things done. This is an entry level position with opportunity to grow.

List of responsibilities:

-tracking orders

-picking up and dropping off supplies

-Help with day-to-day activities at our warehouse (organizing, making returns)

-assisting our design process
