Chicken Fried Palace is a vibrant, casual dining spot in the heart of the Mission District, celebrating the spirit of a classic diner with a West Coast twist. Join our lively and growing team at a popular diner located in the vibrant Mission District of San Francisco! We are seeking talented and enthusiastic cooks to help us deliver delicious comfort food in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area

Follow food safety and sanitation protocols

Communicate and collaborate with team members and Chef de Cuisine to ensure timely service

Assist in menu preparation and food presentation

Qualifications:

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred

Capability of navigating through a high volume kitchen

Knowledge of food safety standards

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Passion for quality food and customer service

Opportunity to grow within a dynamic team

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
