Part Time Prep Cook, Lunch Line Cook, & Dinner Line Cook

Job requirements and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

At least 2-4 years of kitchen experience

Strong knife skills.

Knowledge of breaking down fish is ideal.

Must have knowledge of general protein butchery.

Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency

Must be able to work well in fast pace team environments

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and clear communication skills

Interest in all types of Asian cuisine specifically Korean and Japanese

Must be able to work Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday

PART TIME PREP COOK position 3 days a week. (WED, FRI, SAT)

Prep Cook: $19 - 22 (DOE) per hour plus % of tip

LUNCH LINE cook position 4 days a week. (THURS - SUN)

Prep Cook: $19 (DOE) per hour plus % of tip

DINNER LINE cook position 4 days a week. (THURS - SUN)

Prep Cook: $19 - $21 (DOE) per hour plus % of tip
