Greetings,

We are a growing family office looking for the right long term chef to work with us and grow with our team. The chef will be working in a private home setting; professionalism is expected and past private chef experience preferred. Though we are a relaxed team, expectations are very high that all employees fulfill their duties with the highest care and quality. We welcome those in the restaurant industry looking to venture into private chef space as well. Please only apply IF you meet the criteria below and if you are looking for a long term (3 year+) opportunity. If you have major gaps or switched multiple positions throughout your career, this opportunity is most likely not for you. Longevity is incredibly important to us. All candidates will be reviewed by our in house team and not a recruiting agency. Short thoughtful responses preferred. Bi-lingual in Mandarin is preferred but not necessary. If your cuisine is not Asian leaning, we are open to have you try as long as you are aware that you will be expected to cook Asian-American leaning cuisine.

All candidates will have an extensive background check

Hygiene & Food Safety:

-Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen at all times.

-Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including maintaining proper food storage and handling practices.

-Hold a valid Food Safe certification.

Communication & Documentation:

-Take notes in a humble and organized manner, ensuring that the family’s preferences and feedback are accurately recorded for future meal planning.

-Communicate effectively with the Estate Manager to ensure all requirements are met and any adjustments to the menu are understood.

Professionalism & Service:

-Maintain a high level of professionalism, including wearing a mask around the principals and family at all times for health and safety reasons.

-Be punctual, reliable, and proactive in anticipating the family’s needs.

-We prefer someone who grows with the team and is a long term player with us as our family office grows
