AACI is seeking a compassionate DUI Counselor to support individuals charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) to make meaningful and lasting changes. In this role you’ll provide guidance, education, and counseling that help clients develop safer driving habits and healthier alcohol- and drug-free lifestyles.

What You’ll Do

Conduct client intake assessments and interviews.

Lead group and one-on-one counseling sessions.

Teach First Offender and Multiple Offender DUI classes.

Maintain clear, timely records of attendance, participation, and progress.

Collaborate with team members to support clients and program goals.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in alcohol/drug counseling.

CAADAC certification or relevant experience with a certification in progress.

Bilingual in Spanish (English fluency required).

Knowledge of substance use education and prevention.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Zoom, and DocuSign.

Willingness to obtain CADTP certification within 6 months of hire.

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule: part remote, part in-office and in-person meetings.

Evenings and weekends are part of the schedule.
