RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client in Santa Monica, CA that is seeking a remote Senior Product Manager

Duties: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and business objectives as they relate to a specific product Drive strategic direction, establish shared vision across the company by obtaining buy-in on critical priorities leading to product execution Lead the definition, development, and launch of initiatives to drive growth, quality, and relevance of our commerce products Facilitate effective discussions with stakeholders and delivery teams to gather business requirements, acting as a single point of contact Define, document, and refine project/feature scope through the product development lifecycle Maintain a robust, detailed backlog of user stories (requirements) for enhancements and bug fixes; Prioritize them and groom (clarify and estimate) them with the engineering team Manage expectations across various stakeholder groups Analyze consumer interaction with product features through qualitative and quantitative measurement Monitor competitive offerings and market trends Process change requests and seek to obtain alignment across the organization Become a subject matter expert for our multiple commerce applications, including their business rules and how each application interacts with upstream and downstream systems and processes Support, develop and grow a healthy product management organization Other duties and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS: 6 to 8 years of relevant and related experience Passion for solving problems, defining business rules, and working across a variety of stakeholder groups Passion for online commerce and customer experience Self-starter who can identify new opportunities, develop strategies to drive growth, and push projects forward Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and organizational skills Highly reactive and proactive Must be adaptable in the face of rapidly changing priorities Must be able to find the clarity in ambiguous requirements Ability to recall details on the fly and apply them to new problems; See the big picture and the minutiae simultaneously Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively interact and facilitate discussions with senior management, peers, team members and cross functional teams Experience with AB split testing and web analytics Proficiency with Agile Scrum and Atlassian JIRA Experience with Ecommerce platforms such as Oracle Commerce (ATG), Magento or Salesforce Commerce is a plus Consulting experience is a plus
