Production Team Member - Double Time Pay Offered!

This position is located in Buellton, CA and is Full Tim, temporary, and expected to last for one year (with the possibility of becoming temp to hire for the right fit), with the hours from 7 am to 4 pm or 5 pm, Monday through Friday. There will also be the opportunity for potential Saturday shifts and overtime. The pay rate for this position is $16/hr. They are also offering double time pay - $32/hr - for Saturday shifts (only valid for employees who worked a 40 hour work week that week). Anyone who is interested should submit a resume ASAP! Job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Participate in the handling, formulation and production of raw ingredients and finished products.

Supervise other Production team members to ensure compliance with all regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Organize and maintain supplies and equipment, and help maintain a clean and sanitary facility by supervising and also participating in cleaning protocols.

Maintain accurate records, including production schedules, maintenance, cleaning and inventory.

Operate major equipment for the manufacturing and in-house transportation of dietary supplements and raw ingredients.

Communicate well with colleagues and management to ensure a smooth and effective production process.

Ensure all safety protocols are followed, and equipment and facilities are operated safely and correctly.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must have a positive, willing attitude and work well within a group.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

Must have the ability to stoop, bend and safely lift reasonable amounts of weight, and spend significant portions of your work day on your feet.

Must be able to work a regular 40-hour week with scheduled overtime, including some evening/weekend shifts.

Ability to work independently, with little to no instruction as well as on a team

Strong attention to detail

Ability to properly communicate through both oral and written correspondence
