Conversational Interface incorporates ML and NLU technology to make the chat agent smarter and more intelligent. With the advance of ML algorithm and ever-enrichment of the content, virtual agent is able to support the customer’s response with no or little human intervention. It is an era that ML truly can help human in the service industry. Conversational Interface provides the platform to manage the flows, topics, agents (both live and virtual) and customer chat sessions in a holistic way to enable other applications such ITSM, CSM and HR to improve the interaction effectiveness between the clients and backend service providers.
