On Palo Alto Networks's Prisma SD-Branch team you will have opportunity to have direct engagement with customers as we develop the next generation SD-WAN platforms. Your Impact
Work with one our most top-notch teams to solve important customer problems and deliver most impactful results
Deliver high quality Prisma SD-WAN platform and solution to enable customer success
Contribute in all phases of the product development cycle, from definition, design, through implementation, test and critical customer deployment support
Proactively drive product improvement and innovation
Innovate new product features based on customer feedback.
Have direct impact with customer requirement investigation and proof of concept, platform and module bringup, control plane and data plane integration, high availability and fault tolerance, integration with cloud based controller for platform and module management, performance and scale enhancement.Your Experience
6+ years experience with MS degree or 8+ years experience with BS degree developing networking platform software or equivalent military experience required
Extremely strong expertise on developing X86 and/or ARM based routing and/or switching embedded platform SW
Working experience in control plane and data plane architecture and integration for networking products
Extended knowledge of Linux internals and Linux kernel driver concepts
Familiarity with SD-WAN and/or SASE is a strong plus.
Excellent coding skill in C/C and at least one scripting language like python. Familiarity with Golang is a strong plus.
Good skill set on troubleshooting, debugging complex systems and possess excellent problem-solving techniques
Strong with TCP/IP and knowledgeable with common networking protocols.

For candidates who receive an offer, the starting salary (includes on-target earnings = base + on target incentives for sales roles) is expected to be between $119,700 - $193,600 /yr . The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
