We do this by spending time together imagining and co-creating innovative offerings and solutions. And our team uses a standard process to guide partners from beginning to end. Our process is based on design thinking and human centered design approaches, striving to answer the right problem for the right people at the right time.The Partner Design Studio Senior Manager will be an experienced professional with deep management background as well as history in technology organizations. Platform, app building, and software as a service experience are hard requirements. The Senior Manager should have an excellent track record of hiring growing in advancing employees. They should be familiar with partners selling processes as well as co-development techniques between supplier and partner. The individuals and team that this senior manager will be responsible for willbe senior individuals with deep experience in their specific areas of expertise. The senior manager should be able to create relationships with other executives and be able to take a seat at the table and helping create organizational opportunities, structure, and processes. The senior manager should be able to report on the success of their team as it relates to the rest of the partner effort for ServiceNow.What you get to do in this role:· Ensure Architects demonstrate relevance to partners, fully discover partner’s business and technical problems, deliver the highest quality presentations and demonstrations, execute proofs of concept successfully and only when needed,comprehend and document the business value to be delivered, and ensure partner commitment to the ServiceNow solution· Develop team members according to the demands of the business and according to their individual professional goals· Develop and maintain a recruiting pipeline of potential candidates to meet future business demands· Work with regional aligned internal partner organizations to prioritize Partner Design Studio efforts· Assign resources to opportunities, and consistently evaluate progress against goals· Assign resources as required to marketing and other efforts to support demand generation· Develop and deploy team training curriculums to meet the changing demands of the sales organization· Evaluate team members regularly through analysis of direct observation, peer feedback and sales feedback· Ensure proper alignment of resources and effective utilization of skill sets within the assigned region· Manage day-to-day activities such as resource scheduling conflicts, expense review and approval, activity reporting etc.To be successful in this role you have:· Experience working in a fast-growing IT environment including software, cloud, or customer experience of the same· 7 years’ experience in presales management· Experience managing presales teams as 1st line management· Deep experience with the partner channel and experience selling and gaining access to partner senior management· Understanding of standard approaches to coaching, mentoring and management of individual contributors· Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants· Experience in Value Based Selling or Solution Selling· A thorough understanding of the SaaS Market space, the provision of PaaS based solutions and a broad understanding of Service Management practices· Experience with Design Thinking or related product development methodologiesJV21#LI-RemoteServiceNow is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
