Great base salary/equity optionsHybrid schedule Unlimited PTOJob DetailsPhD or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, and5+ years experience with high volume MFG of lasers and other optical components, or pluggable optics.5+ years experience managing suppliers and driving performance improvement5+ years working with and developing optical component and laser manufacturing flows.Failure analysis experience with CMOS photonics, passive devices such as AWG and InP laser technology.Hands on experience with ramping product through NPI and into volume.Willingness to be Hands on with problems and drive solutions in a time constrained environmentExperience with programmatic best practices including budgeting and planning, MAPP, etc.May require ship for Federal site accessInterested in hearing more?
