Job Title: VP/AVP/Business Head - Sales & Business Development Duration: Fulltime Permanent Employment Location: Santa Clara, CA Requirements:

  • The candidate should mandatorily have experience of working with Onsite & India Offshore Teams.
  • Business Development by Farming existing accounts & Hunting for new logos, meeting with various customers, following up on leads and potential engagements in various accounts.
  • Willing to relocate and travel as required.
  • Experience managing Operations in US with strong understanding of cultural diversity & legal compliance.
  • Result oriented and responsible for meeting Revenue/Margin/Sales targets with P&L responsibility for the Geography assigned.
  • Provide the strategic direction while managing & building lasting customer relationships.
  • Relationship management with stakeholders like Clients, vendors, partners, etc.
  • Engage & Contribute internally across various Business Verticals & Business Practices.
  • Performing day-to-day team administration routines like scheduling, tasking, control, monitoring and feedback.
  • Responsible of delivering and exceeding customer expectations, by clearly understanding of the challenges and opportunities our customers face, developing relevant technical solutions and driving operational efficiency and service excellence.
  • Develop and control business plan and budgets.
