Project Manager

Drive key projects and features from inception through delivery, ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and alignment for delivery. Track and provide clear/crisp communication to project/program issues, risks, schedule, activities, status, and key metrics. Work closely with Engineers, Designers, Product Managers, and other functional managers to drive projects and process execution successfully. Manage timely deliverables with strong communication and cross functional partnering skills with the ability to gain shared vision on challenging decisions and priority trade-offs. Use project management methodologies and best practices to ensure the successful delivery of products, projects, and releases. Must Have: 'Can do' attitude and sense of ownership to thrive in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and team-oriented; able to work autonomously and effectively. 3-5+ years of experience working in an Agile/Lean development environment with strong preference for direct experience leading and supporting software and hardware teams. Good judgment in all areas: technical, people, business. Ability to balance needs in a complex, fast paced, highly changing environment. Flexible and adaptable: able to work, lead and inspire others in a fast changing environment. Willing to change thinking in the presence of new data or company direction change. Should be able to switch gears in various high-stress situations and apply themselves to quickly learning new technologies and adopting new methodologies. Understanding of agile philosophies, lean development principles, and common frameworks such as scrum and Kanban Experience working in JIRA and GitHub BA/BS degree is required with preference for degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
