- Work closely with clients and Aspiegel to develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns leveraging HMS AppGallery, Ads, and Petal Search to reach client's goals.
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with clients ensuring effective business dealings.
- Project manage campaigns, including establishing campaign budgets, setting targets, and reviewing and communicating results to clients.
- Work with Business Development Operations team and Aspiegel, offering expert recommendations to ensure budget is optimized across performance channels to deliver desired results.
- Package campaign results into case studies to support ongoing business development activities.
- 10+ years of experience in a combination of digital media sales, performance marketing, growth marketing, advertising sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, digital media, advertising, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven success in:
- customer-facing consulting, partner marketing or sales roles
- implementing win-win partner marketing plans & performance marketing campaigns
- managing Performance Media Strategy (SEM, in App Advertising, Social), Google AdWords, Bing Ads, SA360 , Web Analytics, and Keyword Research skills, and similar digital ad campaigns and platforms .
- analyzing data to identify trends and performance insights and optimize performance marketing campaigns
- Track record of achievements in executing high quality deliverables working collaboratively in a global organization with key stakeholders across multiple geographic time zones to drive results with persistency and under time constraints.
- Sound business judgement, thought leadership, creative problem solving, and influence to overcome obstacles to success.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid knowledge of app and game publishing and ecosystem development.
