Short Term Rental Hospitality Manager-Remote Position (santa barbara)

We're a fast growing property management company in the Bay Area looking for someone to assist with servicing our vacation rental portfolio.

As we use software to help with a lot of our processes, strong computer skills is a must. You must have or be willing to get two monitors and be comfortable with using such a setup.

This is a remote position, so please make sure you have or are able to have a separate office at home to work out of.What will you be doing?

Managing our vacation rental portfolio. This includes:

Fielding phone calls / emails from current or future occupants

Addressing any issues with current occupants during their stays

Coordinating with cleaning crews

Writing localized welcome guides for new properties we onboard

Ensuring any issues / repairs with our properties get resolvedWhat skills and experience do you need?

A highly motivated self starter who is ready to dig in, hustle, and find solutions

Proven track record for great customer service experience (bonus points for tech/start-up or real-estate customer service/support)

Excellent verbal & written communication skills, you can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users

Tech savvy

Familiar with AirBnBNice to haves, but not necessary.

Experience with Real Estate and property management

RE Licence Schedule

Friday - Tuesday | 6am - 2pm

Hourly pay to start with opportunity for increases once your productivity has increased
