Lull is looking for an energetic, dynamic, and results-focused Office/HR Assistant. This full-time position reports to the VP of Human Resources and provides administrative support to the Human Resources department and performs office management functions.

Summary:

As the HR/Office Assistant, you will be part of creating a top-notch employee experience and provide general support to the VP of Human Resources in the areas of Customer Support, general HR assistance, Call Center recruiting, ordering equipment, office management, and assisting with cultural initiatives, among other tasks. A successful candidate will be self-driven, take initiative, and have a passion for people. You will have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of Call Center employee recruiting, ranging from ad placement to resume screenings and interviews.

Handle all necessary call center new hire enrollment.

Welcome and onboard new Call Center employees from offer to new hire orientations.

Point of contact for Customer Support employee questions regarding timekeeping, benefit changes, and escalating questions to the appropriate resources for resolution.

Responsible for ordering all needed office supplies.

Responsible for owning the equipment ordering process for existing and new employees and coordinating with external vendors.

Provide day to day administrative support to the HR department with tasks such as filing, copying, and other HR related processes.

Participate in the Culture Committee and coordinate cultural initiatives and events.

Ensure that the office is well-maintained and organized.

Work with the VP of HR to escalate any issues with the building to property management.

Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.

Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.

Coordinate with employees to ensure all cyber security awareness trainings are completed.

Maintain the office electronic key system for employees.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive employee and company data.

Perform all other functions as directed by Management.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree

Stellar verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast paced environment.

Proactive in identifying and taking on new projects.

Strong organizational skills and pays attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and GSuite.

Displays an approachable and friendly communication style and customer service attitude.

Team player who sees no task as too big or too small.

Maintains strict confidentiality.

Office management and/or HR background is a plus.

Knowledge of recruiting for a Call Center is a plus.
