Business Development Manager (SANTA BARBARA)

Business Development Manager: Busy orthopedic office has a full-time opening for a Business Development Manager.

Job Purpose: Promote clinic and services by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Job Duties may include, but are not limited to:

Business-to-Business Marketing including cold calling and going "door-to-door" to promote clinic and

physician services to referral sources including attorneys, doctors, etc.

Travel up and down the Central Coast including (but not limited to) Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, Oxnard,

Los Angeles, and Bakersfield to meet with longstanding and new referral sources. Travel is required.

Maintain relationships with current clients and cultivate relations with new clients

Manage community and patient relations

Develop and maintain social media and website content

Assist with miscellaneous office administration tasks as assigned

Coordinate marketing events and materials

Liaison between patients and insurance companies

Skills and Qualifications:

Applicant must be outgoing, a self-starter, and personable with exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills and be ready to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining great attention to detail. The applicant must also have reliable transportation as well as a willingness to learn.
