Maintenance Worker For Construction Equipment Yard

The yard maintenance worker is responsible for keeping the facility clean, maintaining the landscaping, and cleaning heavy equipment.

Main tasks include:

Prepping machinery for painting

Trimming, watering, and leaf blowing

Running errands to pick up parts or supplies

This role involves working outdoors, using tools, and ensuring the yard and equipment are clean and organized. On-the-job training will be provided when needed.

Qualifications:

Physically fit

Attention to detail for prepping equipment

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Ability to work independently, manage time, and follow safety rules

High school diploma preferred, but not required

Basic English communication skills
