Front Desk Position

The Inn On Summerhill is seeking a PART TIME Front Desk Associate's who can provide the professionalism and hospitality that has come to be expected by the 4 diamond Bed and Breakfast Inn.

Applicant must be able to work Evenings during the week/weekends, and upcoming holidays the shift hours are 4PM to 9:30PM. There will be two morning shifts From 8:00AM to 4PM Saturday and Sunday

Previous customer service experience in a hotel setting is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, mature, and very detailed oriented to join our team. Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and take pride in their work. We are especially interested in individuals willing to take that extra step to ensure guest satisfaction. This candidate would be versed in all things related to Santa Barbara (restaurants, tourist attractions, hiking trails, parks etc).

Job duties to include but not limited to:

Being very detailed

Answering telephone calls

Making reservations

Detail checking of room prior to guest arrival

Checking in/out guests

Some cash handling

Giving recommendations on activities in the area

Helping in any other department as needed or requested by management
