- End user support
- Talk through technical issues with end users over the phone, email and chat
- Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, network, printer and scanner issues
- Support remote office’s IT needs
- Create and manage Active Directory user accounts
- Create and manage Office 365 emails
- Deploy new desktops or reimage existing desktops
- Deploy and install desktop applications
- Support internal desktop and web applications
- Phone system support, including video conferencing (e.g. RingCentral, Zoom and MS Teams)
- Track and account for IT assets
- Travel out of state to support operations in trade shows and remote offices (currently suspended because of the pandemic)
- Provide after hours, on call, support for end users on a rotational basis
- Complete on-boarding and off-boarding checklists and documentation
- Document all changes, modifications and troubleshooting in our ticketing system
- Assist with planning and the execution of IT projects
- Provide timelines for projects and rollouts
- Set up iPhone and Android phones
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
- CompTIA Network+ and/or A+ or equivalent technical knowledge is a plus
- Working towards MCSE/MCSA/Cisco accreditations is a plus
- Passion for new technology and delivering superior customer service
- 2+ years of technical support experience in a large environment preferred
- 2+ years of Active Directory and Office 365 experience is a big plus
- 2+ years of managing network shares and network printers
- 1+ years of supporting remote users
- 2+ years of printer support (Zebra knowledge a plus)
- Awareness of ITIL best practices is a plus
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems 10, 7
- Knowledge of Apple operating systems
- Knowledge of VPNs firewalls and switching a plus
