ERP Integration Manager

This ERP Integration Manager job's main duty is managing ERP implementation and improvements throughout the organization. This position absolutely must lead and analyze key process improvements and work with partners in respective business units to identify and roll out such improvements within the scope of the ERP systems. Regular status reporting to senior leadership

Executive of the development and advancement of ERP technical instructions and user documentation

Project and oversee the execution of implementation projects, including day-to-day risk management, issues, and project management

Team up with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems

Work together with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system

Get together with essential employees to label and put into practice functionality that provides operational improvements

Be the point of escalation for any issues related to requests across the enterprise, researching and resolving day-to-day issues related to the system or processes, and the ERP systems

Ensure implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization

Guide with various organization employees to wholly train on processes and procedures of ERP Requirements - The most important duty of this position is serving as key ERP configuration resource and ensuring successful implementation of new functionality and/or processes within project timelines

This job's main duty is to thoroughly document requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes

Accounting Principles experience preferred

Workday Payroll experience

Finance experience highly desired

Workday experience

Workday Integration experience preferred

Strong project planning and management tasks, business systems support functions and project costing techniques

7+ years of ERP implementation experience

You'll be a top candidate if you demonstrate ERP configuration through the development of proof of concepts

We want a candidate who can lead configuration testing efforts and help the team to configure and test integrations between Workday and third party/custom solutions in this position

You should consider this job if you have strong understanding of ERP modules and related business process framework, EPR Security, and inbound and outbound integrations with ERP

Minimum of 2 successful enterprise ERP implementation projects
