  • The Project is about Increasing support for the customers, How they can get better digital experience
  • 10-12 years min as Product Manager
  • Product Manager- No Tech BG required but should know diff systems and integrations between diff systems
  • Exp in Customer Support area - How better customer exp a company can provide
  • Person will closely work with other technical Product managers form Cross functional + the Engg teams- to be able to articulate the requirements
  • Understand how data is flowing- How diff systems are interacting
  • Analyzing requirements form diff stakeholders
  • API MUST on Digital channel
  • B2B - ecommerce BG- Enhancing customer experience-
  • In Digital exp- BG- customer facing- Portals, UI/UX team- He should be able to give the right designs to the UX team
  • UI exp in Product Management
  • JIRA, Rally - writing user stories
  • Engg team (UX designers) - Lot of interactions
