The challenge Client is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to provide financial and operational support related to Bookings Metrics Reporting for the Cloud business unit, a leading enterprise marketing software suite (including marketing, analytics, advertising, and commerce solutions). This newly created position will report to the Sr. Manager of Experience Cloud Retention and will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing system logic for key bookings data calculation, analyzing retention performance and business health, developing dashboards to provide insights and support decision making. The finance team celebrates understanding the big picture, and this role will balance deep financial reporting & oversight with strategic investigation & analysis. What you'll do Analyze and evaluate retention data quality Analyze retention performance and business health via financial modelling Support Retention Policy interpretations and evaluate exception requests Develop dashboards to provide insights and support decision making Review system logic for key metrics calculation including Book of Business (BOB), RBOB, and Attrition and drive continuous automation for scalability Drive project-based initiatives (gather and document requirements, perform user testing, analyze results, provide recommendations) Partner effectively with key business and IT stakeholders to achieve shared goals

Requirement: Minimum 5 years full time work experience in a finance or finance systems capacity Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven problem solving and analytical skills Self-driven with desire and ability to drive to results Strong partnership capabilities, with the ability to influence others Proficiency in database, data query, and data analytics languages (SQL, Python, R, Visual Basic, etc.) would be a plus Tableau, PowerBI, SAP, SFDC, Alteryx experience would be a plus
