You have 8-10+ years of communications experience and a bachelor’s degree / master’s degree in English, Journalism or Communications or computer systems, software and architecture. You use that experience to tell clear, understandable, compelling stories.What you will do

Report to the Intent-Based Networking Communications team lead to further the communications mission and be the primary manager for select executives reporting to the SVP

Develop executive level content for keynotes, presentations, all-hands, internal/external comms. Manage calendar and logistics related to participation at Cisco events (i.e. Impact, Cisco Live and Advisory Boards)

Work with marketing and communications leadership to create the platform and cadence for communicating with Cisco executive leadership

Build out the exec communications framework and supporting programs that raise thought leadership and awareness of the company and our people

Capture the voice and tone of our executives across all forms of communications; coach executives on the delivery across all mediums

Develop and deploy the internal messaging that supports the communications goalsYour Experience

8+ years in communications in a fast-paced, tech environment engaging a wide variety of stakeholders and business partners

Proven skills writing for executives as well as developing communication frameworks spanning executive thought leadership and issues management
