What You'll DoReporting directly to the VP of sales, you will own all aspects of the communications strategy and execution for the Global Data Center Sales Organization. This includes executive communication, sales enablement communication and internal communication.Role & Responsibilities include:

Develop a holistic communication strategy designed to increase seller engagement.

Develop and drive an overall functional group communication plan in alignment with business priorities.

Ensure the channels used to communicate effectively engage the intended audiences.

Responsible for crafting content that engages sellers, generating awareness of sales priorities, programs, tools, promotions, and training.

Partner with marketing and sellers to develop and amplify compelling customer stories.

Provide executive communication support for the VP of Data Center Sales.

Build compelling presentations that articulate everything from business priorities to product value propositions and the Data Center vision.

Who You'll Work WithYou will work closely with sales, business, technology and thought-leaders across the organization to drive an overarching communication strategy and reach a diverse set of audiences.Who You Are

10+ years’ executive communications and communications management experience

You possess a Bachelor Degree or higher

Strong Executive Communications expertise including email communications and preparation for executive meetings, customer meetings and events.

Stellar communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening, and influencing

You are hardworking, flexible, highly organized and always happy to jump in and go above and beyond to get the job done.

You quickly grasp business needs and boil them down to the core elements that a seller needs to know to do their job.

You put yourselves in the shoes of sellers and tailor communications programs accordingly

You are a self-motivated, creative, results-oriented team-player, who is comfortable working and delivering results autonomously.

You are an excellent communicator, collaborator and teammate

You easily build alignment, trust, and strong relationships across partner organizations.

You can travel on a modest basis- if we ever can again.
