What You'll DoAs a key member of Central FP&A team you will be leading Cisco total Engineering OpEx and Capex. In this role you will :

Month end/ quarter end deliverables - reviewing accruals, post engineering accruals journal entry in Oracle

Download Ariba report on a monthly basis

Consolidate accrual balance sheet reconciliation for all BUs, review with Corporate Accounting and upload document to Cisco docs on a monthly basis

Review and upload accrual backups in T-Rec tool by WD+10

Lead Cap-it reporting and Capex addition template for total engineering on quarterly basis

Responsible for OpEx Calendar- coordination between BE and Corporate

Work with BU controllers to provide Business Variance Analysist (BVA) and flash, tracking Engineering Spend, and providing commentary for QoQ, YoY, and Variance to Commit commentary to Corporate

Run quarter, yearly OpEx budget tie out in Hyperion with Business Unit controllers

Coordinate OpEx Review meetings on a quarterly basis

Assist with ad-hoc analysis requestsWho You'll Work WithOur team manages Cisco total Engineering OpEx and Capex. As a financial analyst, you have opportunities to work with people at all levels of the organization (senior management, Corporate, BU controllers, and BU financial analysts).Who You AreYou are an early-in-career Analyst with a sharp attention to detail! You bring experience with BU finance or Opex, and exposure to finance tools such as Oracle, Essbase, Hyperion, Business Objects, T-Rec. A degree focused on Finance, Accounting or Economics is a plus!Minimum requirements:

BA/BS with 2 +year working experience in Finance

Familiar with Excel, attention to details
