Customer Assurance Communications Manager - Grade 8Job DescriptionSeeking a communications specialist to help execute the communication strategies for CX Customer Assurance programs, functions, and leaders. Role includes components of internal, external, executive, organizational, and program communications. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Social media curation and content development

Manage content for functional intranet presence

Research case studies and success stories

Copy editing

Critical incident communications

Video storyboarding and scripting

You are speedy, concise, a synthesizer, and a quick-study - and you are fun! You will work on a fast-paced team while juggling multiple priorities - self-starter and agility is key. Projects will range from ad-hoc "hot of the presses" communications deliverables that require quick turnaround, to longer-term strategic campaigns. You will build relationships with key stakeholders across CX to inform our communications strategies. You will work with subject matter experts to capture and articulate core messages, while influencing those subject matter experts on the recommended approach. You will develop & execute communications deliverables across multiple channels to reach cross-functional stakeholders. Deliverables include but are not limited to: presentations, speaking points, organizational announcements, articles, persuasive content, video scripts.You will synthesize technical information into stories that convey stakeholder value. You will work as part of a global team to achieve desired results and build relationships with stakeholders.Required Skills/Experience

5+ years in corporate communications/marketing roles.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Strong presentation/story development skills and solid PowerPoint skills.

Experience working cross-functionally to bridge communications across groups.

Both a strong team player and an independent worker.

Ability to collaboratively drive the resolution of open issues and build consensus with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to turn complex ideas into stories easily understood by a broad audience.

Strong writing and researching skills.

Flexible and resilient.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks in parallel.

Problem solver.

Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations.

Ability to grasp technical issues and market considerations.

Additional Nice-to-have Skills/Experience

Solid project management skills.

Experience with a large, global corporation, preferably within a high-tech arena.
