Cable Assembly Lead/Supervisor Supervise anywhere from 2-5 other cable assemblers who will perform most tasks manually such as cutting wires, crimping, labeling, heat shrink wrap, testing, using hand tools, etc. Equipment may be used for stripping the wire, or cutting many pieces of the shrink wrap / tubing for example, using machine applicator / terminal for jobs that require an excessive amount of crimping.Required: • 5+ years of cable assembly experience. • Remain hands on with cable assembly while also supervising other cable assemblers to manage and prep their jobs & workload. • Experience training others and leading by actions. • Ability and understanding of how to delegate more easily accomplished tasks to lower level personnel.#Dice-SPG #Zip-SPG #CB-SPGYoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
